Last Updated: October 27, 2025

At Webconic.net, we are committed to delivering high-quality and professional services to all our clients. We take pride in our work and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our App/Website Development, SEO, Graphic Design, and Google Ads services.

We understand, however, that there may be exceptional circumstances where you are not satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refund requests will be considered.

1. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, you must formally contact us by sending an email to refund@webconic.uk.

Please include the following information in your email:

Your full name and company name.

The project name and/or invoice number.

A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

We will not process refund requests received through any other channel (e.g., social media, contact form, phone call) until a formal email has been submitted to the designated address.

2. Refund Request Review Process
Upon receiving your email at refund@webconic.uk, our team will:

Acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.

Review and Verify the claim thoroughly. This process involves examining project timelines, communication records, deliverables provided, and the specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Make a Determination based on the findings. The review process may take up to 7-10 business days. We may contact you during this period for additional information or to discuss a potential resolution.

3. Eligibility Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Service: If, due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we fail to initiate or deliver the core service you paid for.

Significant Non-Conformance: If the final delivered work significantly deviates from the project specifications and requirements that were explicitly agreed upon in writing (e.g., in a project proposal, scope of work, or service agreement).

Project Cancellation by Webconic.net: If we are unable to proceed with your project for internal reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
To ensure fairness and protect the work of our team, refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: You have changed your mind, your business needs have shifted, or you simply no longer require the service after the project has commenced.

Dissatisfaction with Third-Party Services: Dissatisfaction with services or platforms outside of our direct control (e.g., the performance of Google’s algorithm, web hosting provider issues, app store review processes).

Lack of Results/Performance Guarantees: For services like SEO and Google Ads, where results are influenced by many external factors, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion rates. Refunds are not granted based on a lack of desired results, provided we have delivered the agreed-upon services (e.g., campaign management, reporting, on-page optimizations).

Work Completed as Per Agreement: If the services have been performed and the deliverables have been provided according to the initially approved project scope and requirements.

Failure to Provide Materials/Feedback: Delays or failure to receive necessary materials, content, feedback, or approvals from your side in a timely manner, which impacts the project timeline.

Domain Names, Hosting, and Third-Party Licenses: Fees for purchased domain names, web hosting, stock images, premium plugins, APIs, or any other third-party assets are non-refundable once procured.

5. Partial Refunds & Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a full refund, we may propose:

A partial refund, proportionate to the work that was not completed.

A service credit to be used for future services with Webconic.net.

We will discuss these options with you during the review process.

6. Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
